Taoist Tai Chi

We are a registered non-profit volunteer-run organization that promotes the practice of Taoist Tai Chi™, a set of gentle exercises proven to benefit health & fitness in men and women of all ages. Taoist Tai Chi Continuing Class meets once a week in Meaford on Mondays from 1-3 pm at Meaford arena (excepting holidays).
 
We also offer beginner classes a few times a year in Meaford as well as 5 other area locations

When: Thursday evenings from 7 to 8 pm starting Nov. 3, 2011 for 7 weeks or Monday mornings from 11 to 12 starting Nov. 7, 2011 for 7 weeks.
