Evolve Toy Store
Evolve Toy Store

Evolve Eco Friendly Toys has been offering environmentally friendly toys since founded by its owner Samantha McInnis in 2009. Born and raised in Meaford, McInnis` battery-free, eco-friendly concept has proven popular in her hometown.
“Growing up and being a part of Meaford has left a warm place in my heart, with fond memories of shops and welcoming owners I experienced as a child – many of whom are still here today. It’s great to walk down the street and greet people you know.
Meaford is a close knit community with a passion for green business and a green way of life. Owning a retail green business in my community is a dream come true. I love contributing to the uniqueness of Meaford with activities like raising Monarch caterpillars and having them in the shop for people to come and see and learn about their life cycle. This creates a positive environment for those who are young - and young at heart.
Meaford is full of parents and grandparents eager to spoil their children and grandchildren with safe, healthy, unique and enriching toys.” (Samantha McInnis, Owner of Evolve Toy Store)
Samantha is now expanding Evolve’s offerings further into the baby and baby shower market.

Twin Creeks Organic Farm
Twin Creeks Organic Farm

Established in 1998, Twin Creeks is a successful family-run `beyond organic` farm with an extremely diverse variety of livestock, poultry, vegetables, and produce including (but certainly not limited to):
- Grassfed beef and lamb
- Pastured pork, chicken, turkey and ducks
- A wide range of organic vegetables
Twin Creeks products can be purchased directly at the farm and in a variety of locations around Southern Ontario.
"We began farming in 1998 knowing that the Meaford area was a great place to live and raise our family. Farming near Georgian Bay and on the Niagara Escarpment provides a balanced climate for growing grass for our livestock and a wide range of vegetables. Now also milking sheep, we are slowly diversifying our farm operation.
At Twin Creeks, we are committed to providing the highest quality ‘naturally grown’ grass fed meats and vegetables. Many of the people who enjoy our products live in Meaford or vacation here. As a family farm, we continue to enjoy farming and growing healthy food for ourselves and others."
